Elf Pro El wing

Axial loads are taken by carbon fiber spar, torsion loads are taken by D-shaped contour of front part of the wing. This contour is formed by carbon fiber pressure pad, enforced by rib and spar web.

Carbon fiber pressure pad is latest development by Vladimir's Model, obtained by forming in rigid mold. Its main benefit is that it helps to preserve wing's aerodynamic profile in most critical places: near the leading edge and at wing tips. That leads to considerable reduction of induced drag.

Carbon fiber center section turns to be a complex and attractive design element that joins spars, ribs and wing mounting screws. Besides, it hides receiver inside.

Rear part of the wing consists of balsa ribs reinforced by carbon fiber stripes and carbon fiber trailing edge. Wing is covered by Oralight film.

Elf Pro El fuselage

Fuselage construction based on Hi-Tech prepreg carbon boom with impact PA fairing and nosecone with canopy.

You will be surprised at the ease of servo installation. Your friend never believe you, the where are 2 servos, battery, receiver and motor inside.

Carbon elevator and ruder rods is installed already and has ready installed rod ends for fit to the horns.

Horizontal stabilizer pylon is glued already and the boom has ready slot for the fin installation.

For Spin EL and Elf Pro El use the adapter (from model kit) for lining under the motor screw, otherwise the long screw from the kit will ruin your motor.

Elf Pro El tail 

Horizontal and vertical stabilizers is glass covering rohacell core with Hi-Tech carbon spar inside. It is ready completely with ready elevator and rudder hinges.

Installation

 Super easy installation: just screw two servos and glue two horns.
